HIS ENTERPRISE ("us", "we", or "our") as the insurance agent provides a whole suite of insurance related products and services for both personal and business such as motor, personal accident, travel, home, medical insurances and more (to name a few) (the "Services").
This Privacy Policy explains the types of information we may collect, how we may use and disclose the information once it is collected, and, where applicable, how you can stop us from collecting, using, disclosing or continuing to hold your information. We want to ensure that in using any of the Services, you understand the terms of this Privacy Policy, including any subsequent changes made to the Privacy Policy as described in paragraph below and are aware of the privacy choices available to you.
Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to information that you may provide to us or that we may obtain where a separate privacy policy is made available to you or which does not make reference to this Privacy Policy. Our Services does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").

This website (the “Site”) is owned by HIS ENTERPRISE , a company registered in Malaysia under the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) and licensed as an insurance agent , with its registered office at 11A, Plaza Seri Kubu , Jalan Tan Chay Yan, 75300 Melaka, Malaysia, . and includes its successors-in-title and assigns (“Company” or “we” or “us”). The Company provides services relating to insurance on the Site and/or such other services as the Company may introduce from time to time.
